On May 9, 1999 Equity Property Management (pvt) Limited has started its journey with a mission "to provide quality products at a reasonable cost within a definite time for the satisfaction of customers through professional experience". 

Its first project equity South Ridge at Nasirabad Housing Society rolled out in the same year on October 1 paving the first stone of its commitment to healthy, quality and future-ready urban living. Two years down the road it welcomed the first lot of home-makers to their dream homes.

To this day, Equity has successfully handed over 52 projects that consists of 1,230 residential units and 159,912 sft. of commercial space. Over the next few years, 07 additional projects are expected to be handed over, consisting of 247 residential units and 256,026 sft. of commercial space.

As an extension to our mission to provide the best for our clients, we launched our very own ready mix concrete solutions through instilling a state of the art plant back in 2006. Till date, we have supplied thousands of sft. of high-quality concrete to many real estate and construction projects in Chattogram. Our ground engineering team has also introduced Hydraulic Static Pile Drive in Bangladesh, an eco-friendly building technology that is noiseless, low in vibration & emits minimal pollution while providing high piling efficiency, cost savings, and superior building foundation quality.

Today we are a proud team of 400, working tirelessly to provide the best for our clients. Our years of resilience, perseverance, and ethos is echoed not only through our products but its owners, who are proud members of the Equity family.

In order to integrate its operating systems in 2006, the group launched Equity Constructions Limited, followed by Equity Readymix Concrete Limited in next year.  We have also launched Equity Ground Engineering including Hydraulic Static Pile Driver in Bangladesh. This eco-friendly foundation equipment has superior features as compared with conventional piling system currently in use with no noise, no vibration, no pollution, high piling efficiency, and excellent piling quality.
