Job Description / Responsibility
  • Creating new customers is the prime responsibility of this post.
  • Visit areas assigned by HOD - Sales and top management to create new customers.
  • Achieve monthly new customer lead targets(important).
  • Try to assess the customer needs, what he actually wants and start negotiation accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with HOD - Sales.
  • Update the call monitoring register every day with the signature of HOD - Sales
  • Prepare and Maintain Customers/Clients List and contact with Clients and find out new prospects.
  • Prepare list of prospective customers/clients on the basis of location or professional segments with all Particulars and call, meet and influence them to buy our product under consultation with HOD - Sales.
  • Make Route Chart for every day on the previous day and get the same approved by HOD, Sales before proceeding for sales calls. Any change in the route chart has also to be approved.

  • Undertake sales promotional activities and assist in the preparation of a comprehensive sales promotion plan and submit to HOD - Sales for their information and necessary action.
  • Undertake all out efforts to boost up sales for attainment of monthly/ quarterly targets of the dept. as well as individual targets.
  • Attend regular briefing session of the Sales & Marketing Dept.
  • Perform functions as are assigned by Dept. Head and top Management from time to time.
